Account Permission Types
You can assign different permissions to a user group or a user to define the different privileges the user has on the account. There are five types of Account permissions:
a) Full Control Permission b) Read Write Permission c) Manage Password Permission d) Read Only Permission e) List Only Permission
a) Full Control Permission
The user has full control over the account.
b) Read Write Permission
Read Write has full access to the account, but unlike Full Control permission, it does not have the Permission option.
c) Manage Password Permission
Manage Password is the authority to perform all password-related operations.
d) Read Only Permission
This permission type gives the user only the ability to see and reserve passwords.
• If READ_ONLY_FIRST_PART is assigned in the permission field, the first part of the password is displayed. • If READ_ONLY_SECOND_PART is assigned, the second part of the password is displayed.
e) List Only Permission
List Only has the authority to view the account only, and it cannot take any action about the account.
