Categorizing Frequently Used Devices

You can categorize your devices under the Favorites tab to find them easily from an enormous number of devices. To do so, you first create folders (my favorites, SHH devices, etc.) and then add your devices to the related folders.

Step 1: Create a favorites folder.

  1. Log in to the Single Connect Desktop Client.
  2. Open the Favorites tab.
  3. Click Add new folder. Enter the Folder name and Save.

Step 2: Add your favorite devices to your favorites folder.

  1. Go back to the Device Group screen and click on the desired device group to list its devices.
  2. Click on the empty star icon next to your favorite device. The Add to Favorites pop-up opens. Save the device to the folder you created.

The empty star will turn into a full star, and the device will be added to your favorites folder.

Step 3: Now you can go back to the Favorites tab and access your devices from the folder you created.
