Steps to Fix:

Take the following steps to troubleshoot:
Navigate to Device Management > Device Groups.
On the related device group, click Show Properties.
Check if the globalUsername and globalPassword are correct.
Open the Device Group Realms page.
Check if there is a device group realm between the related device group and the user group.
Check if the target device’s RDP port (3389) is open.
