The remote desktop server is currently unreachable. If the problem persists, please notify your system administrator, or check your system logs.
Steps to Fix:
Take the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Navigate to Device Management > Device Groups.
- On the related device group, click Show Properties.
- Check if the globalUsername and globalPassword are correct.
- Open the Device Group Realms page.
- Check if there is a device group realm between the related device group and the user group.
- Check if the target device’s RDP port (3389) is open.
