SAPM Permission Types

You can assign different permissions to a user group to define the different privileges the user has on the account. There are five types of SAPM permissions:

Full Control
The user has full authority over the account.

SAPM Account with Full Control
Read Write
Read Write has full access to the account, but unlike Full Control permission, it does not have the Permission option.

Read and Write Permission
Manage Password
Manage Password is the authority to perform all password-related operations.

Manage Password Permission
Read Only Permission
This permission type gives the user only the ability to see and reserve passwords.
- If “READ_ONLY_FIRST_PART” is assigned in the permission field, the first part of the password is displayed.
- If “READ_ONLY_SECOND_PART” is assigned, the second part of the password is displayed.

Read Only Permission
List Only Permission
List Only has the authority to view the account only, and it cannot take any action regarding the account.
