To configure TACACS, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Single Connect Web GUI
- Navigate to Administration > TACACS Management
- Fill the all required fields
- Save
Instance Name: Instance name that the TACACS configurations will be applied on.
Skip Logging Group: User groups not to be logged.
Prompt User Name and Password: Username/Password prompt to display instead of the default prompt.
Authorization Exec Service Names: This configuration option should be used if the device is not using the standard service “exec”. “PaloAlto” and “ppp” options can be set.

Cache Update Interval: Cache Update Interval time can be changed and specified using this field. During this cache interval, configuration changes in Single Connect will not affect the TACACS Server.
Log Settings: Log level can be changed using the checkboxes. Debug, info and error mode are available to check the logs.
LDAP Configuration Settings: If there is a LDAP configuration from the Single Connect Setup Wizard, this will be shown in LDAP configuration settings. Also, multiple LDAP configurations can be added by using the “Add Conf” button.
