Backup Manager
To get a database backup on GUI, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Single Connect Web GUI
- Navigate to Administration > System Config Mang.
- Set the parameters below

aioc.backup.ftp.backupdir | Backup directory path in Single Connect |
aioc.backup.ftp.server.ip | Server IP that the Backup file will be transferred to in. |
aioc.backup.ftp.username | Username to connect to ftp server defined with the “aioc.backup.ftp.server.ip” parameter |
aioc.backup.ftp.password | Password of the user that is defined with the “aioc.backup.ftp.username” parameter |
aioc.backup.ftp.dirname | Directory path where the backup file will be sent |
aioc.backup.diskspace.min.gbyte | Required disk space for ftp server to transfer backup file |
- Navigate to Administration > Backup Management
- Click the “Backup” button
If desired, after the backup process has started, it can be stopped by clicking the “Stop Backup” button. When the Backup Management page is first opened, all backup files in Single Connect backup directory are listed and the “Refresh” button also lists the updated list of backup files. The files can be checked on this page.
