When Web GUI is Unreachable

If you cannot reach the web interface of Kron PAM, restart the Web GUI service from Kron PAM CLI with the following command.

[root@kronpam~]# systemctl restart pam-gui

If the issue is still valid after restarting the netright-tomcat service, open a support case with the log file. The log file path is as follows: /u01/netright-tomcat/logs/catalina.out
