When SSH/Telnet Proxy is Unusable

If you cannot make an SSH/Telnet connection to target devices, check the target device’s accessibility from Kron PAM using the telnet X.X.X.X 22 command in Kron PAM CLI.

If there is no access problem, check the nssoapp service status. If the service is down, restart the service. See Checking Service Status and Restarting Failed Services from Restricted CLI in this document for required commands.

If the issue is still valid after restarting the nssoapp service, Opening a Support Case with the log file. The log file path is as follows: /u01/nssoapp/log/consoleout.log
