Kron PAM Remote Access
Remote Access is VPNless, agentless, and a SaaS-based solution that integrates with Kron PAM. Privileged users, such as system, network, and database admins, often require secure remote access to the enterprise network. A VPNless solution is needed because:
- VPNs and client software can introduce potential security risks for privileged users.
- Installing different VPNs, clients, and dependencies for each customer can lead to compatibility issues and added complexity.
- A more modern approach, such as Just in Time access and the implementation of multiple security layers like multi-factor authentication (MFA), is needed to ensure the safety and security of the enterprise network.
