SSH Connection via Kron PAM Desktop Client
Kron PAM has a desktop client to easily establish SSH connections. You can download the Kron PAM Desktop client from the Web GUI login page.
- Open the Kron PAM Web GUI in a Web browser and download the Kron PAM Desktop Client.
- Install the Kron PAM Desktop Client by following the instructions.
- Open the Kron PAM Desktop Client, click Connections, and then click Add.
- Enter the Kron PAM IP Address and the Kron PAM server's Port number. (The Port defaults to 80 for HTTP and 443 for HTTPS, but this port might change per request).
- If SSL is activated in the network, check the Use SSL box, and then click Save.
- Enter the Kron PAM Username and Password (refer to Creating Kron PAM Local Users Manually). Choose the Kron PAM server IP address from the Server dropdown and click Login.
- The Kron PAM device groups are listed. Choose the Linux server and double-click to open an SSH session.
