Creating a Masking Policy

A Masking Policy must be defined for the database in order to activate the masking feature when using SQL Proxies.

  1. Navigate to Policy Control > SQL Proxy Policy.
  2. Open the Masking Policy tab.
  3. Enter the masking name, description, database name, schema, table, column or column type, and masking method (defined in the Masking Method Tab).
  4. Click Save.
