single connect allows users to establish an ssh connection with a valid passphrase to use an ssh key, the “globalusername” and “globalsshkeypassphrase” need to be defined for the device group navigate to device management > device groups right click the device group and select the show properties option set the privileged target device username as “globalusername set the ssh key as “globalsshkeypassphrase"
