Increasing Log Levels from System Log Viewer

Super admin users can increase the log levels of all Kron PAM services, except for SSH proxy, from the System Log Viewer page in the Web GUI. Changing log levels is helpful in troubleshooting and understanding the root cause of issues.

Increasing the Log Level may cause performance issues and reduction of disk space.

To increase the log level:

  1. Log into Kron PAM Web GUI with super admin.
  2. Navigate to Administration > System Log Viewer menu.
  3. Click the Change Log Levels tab.

  • Search for the related log – you can use the CTRL+F combination.
  • Select the log level (see Table of Log Levels)
  • Check the System Log Viewer again.
