Customers are responsible for the cases given below:

• When the DNS server of the client cannot resolve any hostnames • When Network traffic reaches the threshold • When the Network interface disappears • When network interface names change after reboot • When an instance cannot synchronize time (NTP works incorrectly) • For issues/errors on a hard disk • For firewall rules preventing connections
