This error occurs when certain device types fail to recognize backspace key inputs during an SSH Proxy session.
Steps to Fix:
Take the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Navigate to Device Management > Element Type.
- On the related element type, click the Options menu > Show Properties.
- Add the cli.keymap.del.to.bs element type property as true.
