Enabling Telegram for a User Group

MFA Admins enable Telegram delivery for each user group separately, in the same way as SMS and push notification delivery.

To enable Telegram for a user group:

1.      Navigate to Administration > Multi-factor Authentication > User Group Management.

2.      Click the Actions button on the row of the user group.

3.      Click Enable Telegram in the Select Action window.

The Telegram column of the table shows whether Telegram delivery is active for each group. This column appears only while the Telegram integration is enabled for the system. While the integration is not configured, the Enable Telegram action stays unavailable and its tooltip states that the Telegram integration is not configured.
