Manage Database Connection Pool Strategy

kron pam changes the password for the database connection pool to the one set in the vault this is facilitated through the username and password saved to the weblogic configuration the database account in the vault whose password is changed after the change period gets processed with aapmtriggerprocessjob, and kron pam connects to weblogic with the configured weblogic strategy to change the passwords in the connection pool
