Tenants can be granted controlled customization capabilities within defined boundaries, allowing them to tailor specific aspects of the application without compromising platform integrity or other tenants.

This multitenant architecture allows a single deployment to efficiently support multiple organizations or business units concurrently. Compared to a single-tenant model, it significantly reduces infrastructure and operational overhead by eliminating the need for separate instances per tenant.
