Configurations
In this section, the purpose is to restrict end users when creating Vault accounts, limiting the configurations that can be used or allowing access to specific configurations only.
- First, a group definition must be created on the Vault Configuration screen to indicate which Vault configurations can be used by end users.
- The Vault Configuration screen must be opened, and the +Add must be clicked. A popup will appear containing buttons for Configuration Definition and Group Definition.
- The Configuration Group definition popup will open when the Add Configuration Group button is clicked. Then, the Group Name and Description must be entered, and the configurations that can be used by end users while creating a Vault account must be selected.

- Click the Save button and the definition will be completed.
- A new tab page named Vault Configuration Realm will be added to the Vault Configuration screen. When the +Add button is clicked, the Add Vault Configuration Realm.
- Add Vault Configuration Group definition popup will be displayed
- On this screen, it will be defined which user group can use the selected configurations for the Vault Configuration.

Vault Configuration and User Group Matching Definition Screen

If this definition is not made, the configurations will not be listed on the screen during the Vault creation, and it will not be possible to make the necessary definitions.
After the required values are entered and the Save button is clicked, the system must be logged in with the user assigned to the relevant group. On the Vault account definition screen, only the configurations defined for that group will be listed.
