Showing Tenant Switch On Host GUI
When the on behalf of feature is enabled for a tenant, host users can see those tenants on the Kron PAM GUI. If a tenant’s on behalf of feature is not enabled, the host users cannot see that tenant on the tenant switch. As illustrated in the figure below, acompany and ccompany have this feature enabled, and the host user can see this tenant on the tenant switch, where the host user is listed in a user@host syntax.
When selecting one of the tenants and clicking the Tenant to Switch button, the tenant page is displayed (see figure below). A user with no access rights to the tenant cannot see any portal functions. The tenant admin has to assign the required rights for the host admin to be able to see the necessary portal functions. When a host user switches to the tenant environment, this user will be displayed in a user@host@tenant syntax.
