RDP Connection Interfaces

The Kron PAM RDP Proxy can be used in the Web GUI, Kron PAM Desktop Client, and Windows Remote Desktop Connection Native Client.

Kron PAM Web GUI

Privileged users can use the Kron PAM Web GUI to connect to devices they have access to from their portal functions (i.e. Device Management).

To establish an RDP connection from the Kron PAM Web GUI:

  1. Navigate Devices>Inventory on the Kron PAM Web GUI.
  2. Using the right panel, search for the device to connect to.
  3. Choose the desired device and select Green Tab to establish an RDP session.

Kron PAM Desktop Client

Other than the Web GUI, the Kron PAM Desktop Client can be used for RDP connections:

  1. Open the Kron PAM Desktop Client and complete/configure the connection settings.
  2. Log in to the desktop client using the configured settings and search for the device to connect to.
  3. Double-click the device to initiate the RDP session.
