Offline Mode Settings

To adjust the 2FA Offline Settings:
- Navigate to Administration > System Configuration Manager.
- Enter 2fa in the Parameter Name field and click the Search button.
- Set the value of the iga.2fa.token.timestep parameters.
The default value of the iga.2fa.token.timestep parameter is 30 seconds. In cases where 30 seconds are not enough in access processes, the OTP validity period can be increased. 30 seconds is recommended to increase the security level.
