The Password Vault Admin determines if a user is a manager, by assigning the user group that includes the manager to the account or group. The manager user assigned to the account or group performs the approval process for the account or group. The Manager can grant approvals via Graphical User Interface (GUI), email, and mobile application.
To grant approval via GUI:
- Navigate to the Home Page.
- Open the My Approvals tab.
- Open Advanced Search and Set the Approval Type as Vault.
- Search using filters.
- Click on the Actions Button.
- Approve/reject approval for pending accounts or groups with waiting status.
