Manager User Approval Role
The SAPM Admin determines if a user is a manager, by assigning the user group that includes the manager to the account or group. The manager user assigned to the account or group performs the approval process for the account or group. The Manager can grant approvals via Graphical User Interface (GUI), email, and mobile application. To grant approval via GUI:
- Navigate to Policy Control > Approval Management.
- Open the Approval Management tab.
- Set the Approval Type as SAPM.
- Search using filters.
- Approve/reject approval for pending accounts or groups with waiting status.
