If MAC addresses are defined for a user, that user can only use those MAC addresses. The same MAC address can be assigned to different users. Users cannot use undefined MAC addresses for RADIUS authentication.
To activate MAC filtering while using 802.1x Authentication:
- Check the MAC Filtering box in the Administration / RADIUS 802.1x screen.

- Navigate to Administration > Radius 802. 1x.
- Click on the +Add button.
- Enter the user MAC Address to be allowed and the username then click Save.
