Auto-Login for Kron PAM HTTP Proxy
HTTP Proxy is used mostly for the Auto Login functionality. With the Auto Login feature, users can log in to the webpage while the credentials remain invisible to them and to all other users. This helps companies manage their social media web pages or other web applications that need a log-in procedure.
2 types of credentials can be used for Auto Login purposes:
- Global Username/Password
- SAPM
In addition, user credential which is authenticated to HTTP Proxy can also be used in the auto-login feature on the target web portal (if these credentials were previously defined in the target portal). To use that ability addSessionUserToUserSelection property key needs to be set as true at the device group level which includes the specific web portal.
