Watching and Controlling Live Sessions

kron pam admin users can watch live sessions they can also take control of the session navigate to policy > active sessions menu click the options button to watch the live session, click the wire to session button the user receives a message on the screen explaining all admin actions in this session (see figure 48) from the admin screen, press the take control button to take control of the user session from the admin screen, press the leave control button to release the control of the session to the user
