Using the Navigation Pane

3min

After logging in, there are two frames on the main screen. The left frame is the Navigation Pane, and the right frame is the Main Pane. You can display the Navigation Pane as a tree or as a list by selecting the preferred option from the bottom of the Navigation Pane.

When a user first logs in to Kron PAM, there are no Portal Functions (menu elements) in the navigation pane. In other words, the navigation pane is empty.

Kron PAM admins must define the necessary Portal Functions that will show in the navigation pane for user groups, and by extension, the users. See User Menu Management (Portal Functions) for more information. Kron You can use the search box instead of navigating to the menu manually. At the top of the Navigation Pane, there is a text box for filtering Portal Functions for a quick search.

  • Sub-functions have their own tabs.

After logging in to Single Connect, the Main Pane shows all recently viewed Sub Functions as icons.

  • You can both search or save records from the main pane.

Most of the sub-function tabs have the Search and Save options. Using the same fields on the sub-function tab, users can either search for an entry or save the entry.

If you fill in the fields and click Search, Kron PAM filters all entries by defined criteria and lists them in the Search Results. If you click Search without entering any information, Kron PAM lists all entries in the Search Results. If you fill in the related fields and click Save, you save a new entry.
