Sending an MFA QR Code to Users
To sync Kron PAM and the Kron PAM Mobile Client Application, the user’s QR code should be scanned. Kron PAM admins can send QR codes to users.
To send the QR code:
- Navigate to Administration > Multi-factor Authentication
- Open the User Token Management tab.
- Search the user by name, open the Options menu of the related user and click Send Token.
- A pop-up window will display options to send the QR code via SMS and/or email. Select the desired method to send the QR code.
To send mail, you need to configure email in Kron PAM. To do that access Administration > System Configuration Manager > Integrations > Email Config
