RDP/VNC Session Log Records

Kron PAM records all session logs and videos. Authorized users can replay video recordings of RDP/VNC sessions with Kron PAM’s Logging functionality.

  1. Navigate to Logging > Session Log menu.
  2. Enter the search filters. The first search bar is a query bar. The second bar is visible when you press advanced search. With advanced search you can search by user, date & time, IP address, command, and device group.
  3. Choose the RDP/VNC session to replay and click the Options button to open a pop-up window.
  4. Kron PAM also has an OCR (optical character recognition) functionality to see texts captured by OCR during sessions.
  5. To see commands executed during the session, click the Show Details button.
  6. To replay the session, click the Play Session button.
  7. To convert the session record to video format, click the Convert to Video button. When the session video converting process finishes, the Video Availability status changes to Available.
In Session Log, user can see the connection protocol and see the RDP session details
