System Configurations
To import configurations from the Kron PAM – System config Management submenu:
- Log in to the Kron PAM Web GUI.
- Navigate to Administration > System Config Man.
- Open the System Config Man. tab.
- Enter the profile information and click Save.
The following configuration options are required to set the needed features with the related Parameter Values:

ssh.proxy.external.ips | This parameter will be used to define the SSH Proxies’ IP Addresses. If both SSH proxy and Agent are used, it is necessary to enter this parameter to provide “Direct Access” control |
sc.linux.agent.connection.otp.enabled | It is used to define whether 2FA will be required for 2FA-enabled users during Agent authentication. (Default value: false) |
linux.agent.session.message.motd | Motd message to show users when the session starts |
linux.agent.session.message.cmd.blocked | Warning message to be shown when the command is blocked by the agent |
linux.agent.message.preauth | Message to be displayed to Kron PAM users during their first connection |
linux.agent.message.unknown.user.preauth | Message to be displayed to non-Kron PAM users during their first connection |
linux.agent.message.locked.blocked.user.preauth | Message to be displayed to blocked or unauthorized Kron PAM users during their first connection |
linux.agent.message.unknown.blocked.user.preauth | Message to be displayed to blocked or unauthorized non-Kron PAM users during their first connection |
