Agent Installation for macOS

In order to install Kron PAM Agent to macOS operating systems please follow the instructions below.
Agent installation using CLI
- Launch a terminal navigate to the agent build folder and run the command singleconnect-agent-setup using the following arguments with admin privileges to proceed with the CLI installation. -p --primary_ip arg Set primary Kron PAM IP and port (Default port: 443) -s --secondary_ip arg Set secondary Kron PAM IP and port (Default port: 443) -i --install_key arg Set install key -m --multitenant arg Set multitenancy mode (default :0) Ex. singleconnect-agent-setup -p 10.20.42.90 -s 10.20.42.91 -i a0fb7b-841-494-8df-ab50079e7d
- After successfully running the command following lines should be displayed on the terminal screen. Processing registration… Agent registered successfully.
CLI installation success
Agent installation using WebUI
- Launch a terminal navigate the agent build folder and run the command singleconnect-agent-setup with admin privileges to proceed with the WebUI installation. After running the command following lines will appear in the terminal. WebUI configuration utility is starting… Please go to http://localhost:8080/setup to install the agent.
WebUI installation initiation
- Copy the link that appears in the terminal and navigate to http://localhost:8080/setup, link will take you to the Kron PAM Agent Setup page.
WebUI installation page
- In the Kron PAM Setup page users will be asked to provide Primary Server IP, Secondary Server IP, Installation Key, and Multitenancy Mode. Upon successfully providing the information user should see the Kron PAM agent registered successfully! message. After closing the web browser, a registration success message will be shown in the terminal, when a user launches a new terminal session user is expected to see singleconnect-agent monitoring activated on the terminal screen. Agent enforcement is active based on the policies defined in Kron PAM.
