Main Screen
There are two main frames and five sections on the main screen. The left frame (1, 2) is the Navigation Pane (displaying as a tree), and the right frame (3, 4, 5) is the Main Pane (see Figure 5).
The elements within the Navigation Pane are referred to as Portal Functions. Kron PAM admins can configure the users’ Navigation Pane by granting or removing the rights to view these elements. At the top of the Navigation Pane, you'll find a text box that allows you to filter Portal Functions for quick searches. Double-clicking a Portal Function or clicking the arrow on the left side of the Portal Function opens the Subfunctions. Double-clicking a Subfunction opens that function’s details in the Main Pane.
In the Main Screen, the Main Pane consists of three sections: Last Used, Quick View Bar, and My Approvals. This area aims to save time; for example, by clicking the green arrow in the Last Used section, you can quickly navigate to the connection screen of the device you recently accessed. As an admin, you can view the number of active sessions using the Quick View Bar section and review permissions you have granted in the My Approvals section.
- Search Bar: It allows you to search and find features.
- Navigation Pane: It displays all Kron PAM features in a hierarchical tree structure.
- Last Used: You can quickly observe, and access used devices and the vault from here.
- Quick View Bar: This is a quick information bar about the devices within the system.
- My Approvals: The permissions you have granted to your users can be viewed here.
