Customer service is 7/24 online for operational issues. # Pre-Upgrade Steps - Please find the upgrade script at filerepo under the following path and download it to the server. /home/krontech/Single Connect/updates/singleconnect-2.21.1-patch.tar - Make sure that md5sum is correct before using the file. *MD5sum: “0eb105ee5a00e17eaff0c2a9f84ee16b”* # Upgrading Steps Follow the steps below in the given order to upgrade Single Connect to 2.21.1: 1. Unzip downloaded upgrade script. 2. Run the following SSH command: tar -xvf singleconnect-2.21.1-patch.tar 3. Execute the upgrade script. 4. Run the following SSH command: .\upgrade.sh  # After Upgrading New endpoint level authorization is added for some APIs. To reach these APIs, the user’s group must be associated with the related realms. Users can add these realms from the Portal Function Screen in UI.
