Users can be locked because of inactivity. When this happens, a notification can be sent by setting up the
following configurations:

1. Navigate to **Administration** > **System Config. Man**.
2. Add the **notify.user.before.user.lock.day **parameter with a value, in days (notification emails are sent before the defined day value).
3. Navigate to **Administration >** **Jobs Scheduler**.
4. Open the **Trigger List** tab.
5. Select **User Notification Before Lock** as the Job.
6. Fill in the **Trigger Name** and **Cron Expression** fields.
7. To enable the job, select **Enabled** on the **Active** field and click **Save**.
