Policy groups are applied to device groups, which in turn make a “Policy Realm”. To create a Policy Realm,

1\.	Navigate to **Policy Control **> **Session Policy**.
2\.	Open the **Policy Realm **tab.
3\.	Fill in the **Realm Name**, select **Policy Key Groups **and **Device Realm**, and **Save**.
