Adding Function Realms

To add functions to be assigned to users, follow the instructions below. All users in the selected user group will be authorized with the selected functions.

  1. Navigate to Policy Control > Portal Functions.
  2. Open the Realm Definition tab.
  3. Fill in the Realm Name and Description fields.
  4. Select the desired Function Groups to be shown to the users and select one or more user groups to be assigned. The Device Management portal function needs to be added to establish RDP and/or SSH connections.
  5. Click Save to add Portal Functions to the user group(s).
