The following steps must be completed before using the Tenant Management module:

1. **Software License File**: The Single Connect multitenancy license grants access to the Single Connect Tenant Management interface and functions. The license file should be ready before installation.
2. **Email Settings**: The email settings should be completed before initiating tenant definitions. This is a requirement, as the system needs to send activation emails to tenant administrators as the tenants are defined (see section [](https://app.archbee.com/docs/jsymInd0w_SXayMlKGOmR/xYohaLooP1g4LOuZQh8Ks)[Email Server Configuration](docId\:L2KNktKjJzAhoD781eoyH) for more information).
