Secret Data Vault records can be grouped, to be viewed in a tree structure, and to define group-based permissions.
The first step is to create a Secret Data Vault Group:

1. Navigate to **Secret Data Vault**.
2. Open the **Secret Data Vault Group Management** tab.
3. Fill in the** Group Name** and **Description** fields in the **Secret Data Vault Group Information **box, and click **Save**.

After saving, the new groups are displayed in the Secret Data Vault group tree.
