The Approval Department configuration for the New User Request needs to be set up.

To set the email domain for user approval:

1. Navigate to **Administration** > **System Config Man**.
2. Set the **aioc.email.domain** parameter with the related email domains (More than one domain can be added with a comma. Ex: singleconnect.com, abc.com)
3. Navigate to **Administration **> **System Config Man**.
4. Set the **aioc.email.domain** parameter with the related email domains (More than one domain can be added with a comma. Ex: singleconnect.com, abc.com)
