The Single Connect Mobile Application can be downloaded from the Android and Apple app stores. Please download it before starting this section.

1. Download and open the Single Connect Mobile Application.
2. Navigate to **Offline Token** > **Scan QR Code**.
3. Using the **Single Connect Mobile App**, scan the QR code from the email or SMS sent by the Admin.

During this process, the MFA key will match up the Single Connect Mobile App with the Single Connect Web GUI.
