The option to create a user-specific record is available on the Secret Data Vault Account Management screen. The Private field can be hidden or changed by the system.
 You can default and hide the private record option by following these steps:

1. Navigate to** Administration** > **System Config Manager**.
2. Set the required parameter:
   **sdv.private.option.hide= true  (Default is false) Values=true,false
**
**sdv.private.option.default.value = YES (Default is YES) Values=YES,NO**
