There is a job (LdapDeviceImportJob) that runs on Single Connect in order to synchronize devices and device groups from the Active Directory. This job runs periodically and integrates the changes made to the Active Directory with Single Connect, since the job last ran, meaning any device added/removed from the inventory is directly added/removed from Single Connect as well.


To define the LDAP Device Import Job:

1. Navigate to **Administration** > **Jobs Scheduler**.
2. Open the **Trigger List** tab.
3. Select **LdapDeviceImportJob** as the Job.
4. Fill in the **Trigger Name **and **Cron Expression** fields.
5. To enable the job, select **Enabled** for the **Active** field and click **Save**.

The automated job period can be changed by editing the cron expressions.
