This error occurs when certain device types fail to recognize backspace key inputs during an SSH Proxy session.

**Steps to Fix:**


Take the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. Navigate to **Device Management > Element Type.**
2. On the related element type, click the** Options** menu >** Show Properties.**
3. Add the **cli.keymap.del.to.bs** element type property as true.
