By default, the video conversion queue can contain session recordings with a total duration of up to 1 hour. Only one session recording can be converted at the same time.

In multitenant environments, these limits are applied per tenant.

The following parameters can be configured in Administration > System Configuration Manager:

- video.convert.queue.limit: Specifies the maximum total duration of the session recordings in the video conversion queue, in seconds. The default value is 3600 seconds (1 hour).
- video.convert.max.concurrent.sessions: Specifies the maximum number of session recordings that can be converted at the same time. The default value is 1.

When the maximum number of concurrent video conversions is reached, new conversion requests are added to the video conversion queue. Queued session recordings are automatically processed after the ongoing conversions are completed.

The total duration of the session recordings in the queue is limited by the video.convert.queue.limit parameter. When the configured limit is reached, new conversion requests cannot be added to the queue.

Queued session recordings are converted in order by VideoConversionQueueJob. By default, the job runs every 1 minute. The job schedule can be configured in Administration > Job Scheduler.
