Kron PAM can deliver one-time passwords to users through a Telegram bot, in addition to SMS, email, and the Kron PAM Mobile Client Application. Telegram delivery is useful in environments where no mail server or SMS gateway is available.

Telegram delivery becomes active for a user only when all three of the following conditions are met:

·         A system administrator enables the Telegram integration for the system.

·         An MFA Admin enables Telegram delivery for at least one user group the user belongs to.

·         The user links a Telegram account to Kron PAM.



The following sections describe each of these steps and the delivery of the one-time password itself.
