To set account level properties once for every account under a Vault configuration, instead of setting them individually from the **Add Account** pop-up:

1. Open the configuration from **Add Configuration** or **Edit Configuration**, as described above.
2. On the **Properties** step, turn on **Set Account Level Properties**. Kron PAM adds an **Account Level Properties** step to the wizard.
3. Click **Next** to open the **Account Level Properties** step.
4. Configure the account-level settings you want, for example under **Password Change**, **New User Check**, **Password Check**, and **Change Period**.
5. Click **Save**.

**Note:** When you edit a Vault configuration that already has account level properties set, Kron PAM loads and displays their current values on the **Account Level Properties** step, so you can update and save them independently from the rest of the configuration.
