License Portal should allow users to define the **User Count (or internal), RPAM Enabled User Count** and **External User Count** separately.

·         **User Count (or internal):** refers to the total internal user count (**only internal** User Type + ** RPAM Enabled** User Type). 

·         **RPAM Enabled User Count: **refers to the total **RPAM Enabled** User Type count. **RPAM Enabled User Count** value shouldn’t be more than **User Count**.

·         **External User Count:** refers to the **External** User Type count.
