Re-convert Video option is available in the Options menu for session recordings that have already been converted to video format. Select Re-convert Video to convert the original session recording again. During the conversion, the Video Availability status changes to Processing. The same conversion progress, cancellation, queue, concurrent conversion, and queue duration rules apply. If a converted video file already exists, the new video file replaces the existing file when the conversion is completed.

If the converted video file is missing, deleted, or not available on the current PAM server, a new video file is generated from the original session recording.

When the conversion is completed, the Video Availability status changes to Available. The video can then be played or downloaded.*Figure – Re-convert Video*
