When newly created users log into Kron PAM for the first time, they will not have access to any menus by default. Kron PAM administrators must configure the necessary portal functions for each user group. These definitions not only enable menu visibility, but also grant specific privileges. For example, the **single.connect.sapm.admin** portal function definition allows users to view the Password Vault with administrative privileges and access all Password Vault logs.
