Managing Telegram Registrations

MFA Admins view and manage the Telegram registrations of all users on the User Token Management screen. The Telegram column shows the registration status of each user next to the SMS and token information.

To manage the Telegram registration of a user:

1.      Navigate to Administration > Multi-factor Authentication > User Token Management.

2.      Click the Actions button on the row of the user.

3.      Click Connect Telegram in the Select Action window.

4.      Select the action you want to apply and confirm it.
